Methodology

Stage 1: Technology Implementation Preparation

Business requirements are key. Gathering high level client requirements and building a business case for implementing a technology solution is the first step in any successful technology project. At this point we develop an IT strategy, come up with a high level design, develop a business case for the solution and provide a proof of concept model.

 

Stage 2: Technology Deployment Plan

Next, we assess the current network, sites and operations to assist in the design of proposed technologies. Deployment project management begins and assessments of network readiness, site readiness, operational readiness and security risk are performed.

 

Stage 3: Design

At this stage, we design the system and develop plans for implementation, migration, staging, systems acceptance testing and staff development.

 

Stage 4: Implement

Then, we install and configure the new system. When everything is tested and working, we migrate pilot users to the new environment. Their experience is used to improve the implementation process before full migration. Training is provided to users and feedback is collected and used to further optimize the new system.

 

Stage 5: Operate

Finally, we define and document clear procedures for operating and maintaining the new system. We use systems monitoring to maintain a proactive approach to support and track every case with full incident management from problem identification through to resolution.
